HOW IT WORKS

Technique is everything

Armaid helps you apply the world’s most effective sports therapies to yourself. Learning these therapies is the most important step you will take when you start your recovery process. The most powerful technique you will learn is trigger point therapy.

Trigger points are small constricted knots of tightly bound muscle fibers. These knots can cause whole muscles to tighten and shorten. This causes pain when you try to use those muscles and limits your range of motion.
