Basically, the Armaid is a lever that lets you effectively apply the trigger point therapy technique. It can help you prevent and recover from maladies such as Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow, Tendinitis, and De Quervain's syndrome.

So, how does it work? The Armaid has three basic parts: A non-skid base, a large arm with a stationary permanent roller, and an adjustable small arm that holds the interchangeable therapy roller attachments.

The non-skid base stabilizes the tool, usually on your leg, but could be on a tabletop, wall, or any flat surface. The large arm comfortably supports the muscle you are working on during therapy. The smaller, adjustable arm holds the therapy roller, which is the real workhorse for applying trigger point therapy.

With the Armaid you’ll be building a committed relationship to recovery. So don’t rush your therapy - start slow and listen for feedback from your body.

How to Apply trigger point therapy with the ARMAID

The three-step process
to recover from your arm pain

Locate the sore muscles

Start by rolling over your arm muscles to identify tender zones and begin the process of trigger point therapy.

Apply and maintain pressure

After you’ve rolled and identified a tender zone, place the center ball on the most painful spot. Squeeze the handles. You’re now applying pressure on the muscle.

Stretch out the tight problem areas

Keep maintaining pressure. Start stretching the muscle. You might be moving your hand, if your sore spot is in your forearm. Or, you might be bending your elbow if the sore spot is in your upper arm. This is trigger point therapy.

Exceeded my expectations

I have tremendous pain and nerve damage in my hands and forearms from decades of motorcycle racing - multiple surgeries with little to no relief. Had to stop racing off-road and went to road racing thinking I could still get away with 6 lap sprint racing before my throttle/brake hand went completely numb. The last lap of my races border-lined on dangerous. I thought I had to give up until I found the ArmAid. Omg - it gave me instant relief and a break from the 24/7 pain I was experiencing in my hands. It took me no time at all on how to figure out the best way to dial-in the massaging technique and really get in there and knead the muscle knots in my forearms. I just relax while watching a movie and massage my arms every other day or so and the results are impressive. Wish I'd found this product sooner
and would DEFINITELY buy again.

The only arm roller worth getting!

I am so pleased I found the Armaid! There are many similar, yet poorly designed AND more expensive products available online. I am based in Australia and there is absolutely nothing like this available here. I will be showing my physio and sharing with everyone I know who could benefit. What a great product with heaps of potential - I just love it.

what a relief

I was diagnosed with chronic tendonitis in both elbows and right shoulder and was advised to daily massage the knots in my forearm muscles by my physical therapist. Massaging yourself is not easy. This device hits the spots perfectly and brings relief, and is exactly what I needed to work with the physical therapy exercises. I would recommend that physical therapists recommend this to their patients. The only downside is that it is a lot of plastic and a little clunky. If there was a wooden option I would've bought that.

Best Tennis Elbow Relief

I am still working out the tendinitis in my elbow from years of overuse but the Armaid gets right into the core of the tendons and muscles to loosen it up. The how to videos on the website are super helpful with techniques to relieve tension. The built quality feels great after a week of using it multiple times a day. I also bought all of the roller attachments to swap out. So far I've used most of those and they are good for different things. I always would prefer to see someone in person, a PT, but I just don't have the time or money to go in and see someone everyday. I have been able to use what I learned from my PT and combine that with the technique videos on Armaid to help work out the tight spots.
