Basically, the Armaid is a lever that lets you effectively apply the trigger point therapy technique. It can help you prevent and recover from maladies such as Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow, Tendinitis, and De Quervain's syndrome.

So, how does it work? The Armaid has three basic parts: A non-skid base, a large arm with a stationary permanent roller, and an adjustable small arm that holds the interchangeable therapy roller attachments.

The non-skid base stabilizes the tool, usually on your leg, but could be on a tabletop, wall, or any flat surface. The large arm comfortably supports the muscle you are working on during therapy. The smaller, adjustable arm holds the therapy roller, which is the real workhorse for applying trigger point therapy.

With the Armaid you’ll be building a committed relationship to recovery. So don’t rush your therapy - start slow and listen for feedback from your body.

How to Apply trigger point therapy with the ARMAID

The three-step process
to recover from your arm pain

Locate the sore muscles

Start by rolling over your arm muscles to identify tender zones and begin the process of trigger point therapy.

Apply and maintain pressure

After you’ve rolled and identified a tender zone, place the center ball on the most painful spot. Squeeze the handles. You’re now applying pressure on the muscle.

Stretch out the tight problem areas

Keep maintaining pressure. Start stretching the muscle. You might be moving your hand, if your sore spot is in your forearm. Or, you might be bending your elbow if the sore spot is in your upper arm. This is trigger point therapy.

Climbing game changer!

As a retired semi professional climber I at times abused my human enough to seek professional assistance with working out knots and tight forearm muscles. For the same price as one session with a deep tissue treatment you can aid yourself as no one knows an athlete better than themselves. Thank you for creating this wonderful tool. Grateful!

A climber's best friend

This unit coupled with the orange ball is the exact rehab I use after a good day of climbing. An absolute must.

A Hit with Pitchers!

As a left-handed starter at Grinnell College, I was experiencing some forearm pain at ball release. There was no inflammation only tightness. Seen by a trainer and cleared to continue to pitch, we were doing deep tissue work and scraping. These both seemed to help but I was told to take a look at your product. The White Roller Attachment was recommended along with 2 other attachments. Been using Armaid for about a month now and this tool is fabulous. I only wish that we had found it sooner ;-). A bunch of teammates keep snagging it….it is definitely a hit amongst all the pitchers! We benefited from the student discount. Thanks!

Works so well!

We had the original and lost it. This one is so much better than that one and we loved the original! Our whole family uses it because we work with our hands and play hard. I have even rolled my feet threw it with socks on and feels for good!

Game Changer!

If you are in the throes of acute tendonitis or chronic tendonosis, I strenuously recommend Armaid. When I began usage of the device I had been symptomatic with acute and/or chronic recurrent symptoms involving both elbows medially and laterally dating back six years and had not derived any sustained benefit from all of the standard conservative measures (e.g.stretching, proper ergonomics, tennis elbow band) as well as multiple courses of physical therapy, steroids, and surgery. This enormously frustrating experience began to subside dramatically within 36 hours of initial usage of the Armaid and essentially resolved entirely within one week with the exception of some pain, albeit much less than what existed at baseline, at the medial epicondyle on the dominant arm. And that persistent pain is at least partially, if not significantly, due to foolish participation in physical activity I knew was likely to be exacerbating. I am a retired primary care provider and regret that I was not aware of Armaid when I was still practicing. If so, I would have unequivocally recommended it instead of pursuing the typical therapeutic modalities outlined above. Here is the bottom line: This product has been a game changer for me. It is reasonably priced, durable, lightweight, and easy to use. Before usage you should view the instructional short videos the company has posted on their website.
