VIDEO TIP: Can Armaid help with Shooter's Elbow?
This short video tip from Terry is for anyone experiencing arm pain from holding their arm in a shooting position for an extended period of time, or repetitively - hence the name Shooter's Elbow. We often see this type of arm pain occurring in veterans, active military, hunters and gamer, although, it could also be a lab technician handling test tubes.
Shooter's Elbow is a term that combines two other common arm issues, occurring simultaneously: pain on the inside of the elbow - Golfers Elbow, or medial epicondylitis - and pain on the outside of the elbow - Tennis Elbow, or lateral epicondylitis.
When this arm pain is chronic or severe, it can keep you from shooting as accurately or as long as you wish or need. Watch the video to see how trigger point therapy can help!
